There is no keyboard command. You hold shift (Sprint) + "^"(up key) and hold your shoot key (mine's "F"); when driving to the net, if lane is open, you will slam it.
My instructions may differ because I custom set my keyboard for the game.

The default keyboard commands for this are hold the Enter(return) key on the number pad to sprint. W A S D to move. Number 5 on the number pad to shoot.

To do a driving dunk - have an open lane to the basket, sprint towards basket (hold W + Enter[return]), and shoot (hold 5).
To do a standing dunk- stand under the basket, hold sprint (Enter[return]), and shoot (hold 5)

Keep in mind when doing a driving dunk you can't start shooting to far away from the basket because you only get two steps before you travel so they won't attempt a dunk but instead attempt a jump shot. Same thing will happen with shorter players if you start shooting to close to the basket. Since they cannot do standing dunks they need the speed and momentum to make it to the rim. If they don't have that speed and momentum then they will attempt a jump shot.

imo, the controls are all over the place for the keyboard. I changed the movements (W, A, S, D) to the arrow keys. Shoot to "F","D" for intense defence and "S" for jump. That way, my right hand controls the movement & left hand is a straight line & controls the jump ball and shooting.
