Help with filling syringe!?

I bought the syringes, put the chocolate on the mold leaving space for the filling, closed it... and cannot make it work from here! I tried filling it before and after turning it on. In both cases the filling remains on the lil space on top of the machine. Is there a button I have to press somewhere??

I'm having the same issue. And the book says nothing on how to use it aside from fill it

The answer is in the tempering machine. Its power level dictates if the chocolate can be filled. I set my power level to orange and when I q the place where I poured the chocolate it says fillable after I run the machine once on orange power level.

If you press Q on any chocolate it will say either yes or no on whether it can be filled. You also have to empty the syringe slowly into the top of the press. Too fast and it will lock and not work.
