Need Help Please.....so many issues

1. Not a single discord link I find works, every one is "invalid". So I can't get help there.

2. Melanger mixes but won't temper. (Can't find a single content creator on YT that covers this.) I do have the temperature component installed. When I try to temper chocolate, it heats it up a "few degrees" then says it's done and the machine starts freaking out to be shut down. The chocolate heated maybe 4 or 5 degrees, no where near tempering temperature.

3. Have heart shaped molds in the machine and filled, but the "selector" only shows cubes as a possible selection so can't run the press be cause I have to "select" heart shape molds.

4. This is my second attempt at playing because my first game locked up on the answer the phone task. It shows it was completed, is checked off and yellow but still on the screen and phone is "currently unavailable." (Critic and Mr Hawks 4 dark chocolate/coffee bars tasks have been completed. I have no current orders)

I want to like this game so much but I'm so frustrated with it i'm about to uninstall it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The Melanger doesn't do tempering, that's what the tempering machine is for, you unlock it at level 3 reputation.

Just swapping the mold alone isn't enough, you have to create a design template first at the design table, located across the press on the opposite side. In this case, chose the Heart shape, then save the blueprint, now you can load it with the press's control panel.

It goes without saying that the Heart shape isn't going to fit inside a rectangular box, you'll need to use a square box. Just like the mold, you'll need to create a template first at the box design desk and save it, then load it at the packaging machine.

Glad to report your suggestions took care of #2 and 3. I only thought the Melangler did tempering because it says it at the end of page two of the information on it in the Encyclopedia from the book, but that was early on their has been updates so I'm guessing that changed. I will move onto the tempering machine. :)

Your mold suggestions also worked, that was the key step we were missing.

I also believe my game is bugged and if I can ever get a valid discord link I'll let them know about the bug. I'll also post it in the bug thread here on steam.

Lastly, still looking for a valid discord link if anyone knows of one.

Discord works for all links for me. Must be a setting on you computer.
Regarding #4, you may need to uninstall/re-install the game.
