Warehouse Dispensers

Do the dispensers in the middle of the warehouse serve a purpose yet? I'm nearing 4 stars and have yet to find anything to fill in them.Was really hoping to fill the base chocolate making supplies so I could stop carrying them around but seems not.

The new dispensers that are in the store room can be used for any you want. You can put your premade chocolate or what I do is use them to hold bulk supplies of fillings. Comes in handy for those pain in the butt fillings or icings.

ic that's a thought actually I was putting some things like white chocolate in jars since its used a lot in fillings but that would be a better option. Can you put things like your raw cocoa or sugar in these? That's what started my thread I was trying to put those kinda raw materials and could seem to find a way.

With the exceptions of decoration items, you can load anything in these dispensers, though strictly speaking they are a bit superfluous. I mean, they only have a capacity of 1kg, while your large bowls have twice the storage, and they really don't take up as much space as you'd think, so long as you arrange them neatly.

Still, I put it to some use, like when you need an additive that equals to an exact whole number, like 900g, you can load 3 bags of 300g refills into a dispenser and get an exact amount. You can also put in some uncommonly used stuff like lemon zest or salt. Course, it's a moot point since I pre-make everything and once it's all done I won't have to fumble with the raw ingredients any longer.

You don't have to carry around the supplies. I got sick of doing it so I tried to see if I could put them down on the table where the heater is and the bowls, etc are. It worked. So you can place them there and have them handy when you need to pour them.
