I don't understand

I am unable to find a shape called Ellipse but one of the orders is asking for it, what do I do

You have to buy this shape in the shop, then insert it into the press. Then you have to save the ellipse shape as a "blueprint" on the right side of the table and then adjust it on the left side of the work table. It's a bit complicated, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. I hope I was able to help you.

The mold you order isn't called "Ellipse", it's called "Oval Mold" - I got stuck on this too.
