I'm really curious... What is the locked door next to the topping machine? Does it open as an update? Also, can you open the gate that leads to the bottom of the stairs?

Hello,
I have the same question... I've ‘finished’ the game, I'm at rank 5, top 1 in the world league and I have no more quests. But the two areas (stairs and near the topping machine) remain closed.
Will they be activated in a future update?

The developers already implied in a different post that it's a new feature in an upcoming update, they probably thought about this way back during the game's creation and added it into the game as a teaser for things to come.
