Ran into a bug that makes me unable to progress the game:
Chocolate requires filling, made ganache and made sure it both equals 100g, result after using the chocolate press is 80g chocolate with no filling.

Beschreibung des Problems:
1. Nach einem Laden des Spielstandes werden die Gegenstände im Verkaufsautomaten als verkauft angezeigt, liegen aber noch darin und das Geld wird gut geschrieben. Mit der Funktion: Kontrollpunkt laden kann man es endlos ausnutzen.

2. Quest: Nehmen du ihre nächste Bestellung auf!
Am Telefon erscheint nur die Meldung: Derzeit nicht verfügbar. Auch nach langem warten geht es nicht weiter

Hey there! Me and a friend have now both had a problem, if you give Nougat his hand while you have an active order already, it seems to bug your phone. Even if you finish the order, when you go to select the phone again, it won't let you. I had to go back to an earlier safe to fix it, my friend doesn't have one(they went back already but it wasn't far enough). Is there an answer for this bug?

thanks for the info on loading checkpoints and thus generating infinite profits - we'll take that into account in the next patch

As for the second problem - please tell me what your reputation level is and at what point in the game are you?

Hi! Thanks for the info on this bug - no one has managed to trigger it yet so we'll have to see what's causing it and we'll try to fix it in the next patch. Thanks for reporting and for your patience :)

kann es sein das du noch eine mission aktiv hast? das war bei mir der fall. die zahnrad mission kann man nur beenden indem man sie schafft

Also es lag an der ersten Mission mit den Testern. Hatte da übersehen, dass sie 2 Tafeln wollte und nur eine geliefert. Daraufhin kam ja die Abschlussmeldung, dass nur 50% erfüllt worden sind.
Wenn man dann nochmal 2 Tafeln schickt, wird die Quest dennoch als 100% erfüllt gewertet und es geht wieder normal weiter.

I am unable to open the game. It installed fine. When I try to launch it, either from Steam or from my desktop, the icon shows up on my taskbar, I hear about 3 measures of the piano opening music, and my screen stays showing my desktop/Steam. After a few seconds, the sound stops, then a few seconds after that, it crashes.

I've restarted my computer, verified game files via steam, uninstalled and reinstalled, verified that my computer meets the minimum requirements, attempted to play the demo (same results), and checked that my antivirus isn't blocking it.

I don't know what else I can try but if it isn't fixed soon, I will be requesting a refund.

I'm having the same issue where my phone is no longer available after giving Nougat his arm. I was able to accept an order, complete it, and now it does not ring and I cannot interact with it.

I've just encountered this as well, same situation.

Edit:
I started a new game and did some testing when I got to this point again. It consistently locks up for me if I interact with the cog guild people's order instead of the other customer. Doesn't matter if I accept it before giving nougat the hand or after I have given him the hand, if you choose the cog people's order you are locked out of the phone and the task will not progress.

Melanger sometimes cannot recognizing the recipes
I confirmed it has right amount of ingredients and temperature setting

I'm stuck on the chocolate critic task, and no matter how many times I ship them chocolate, it doesn't go away and I can't take new orders. I've tried multiple recipe alterations, but nothing really works. They must really want me to get a forged clog...

Edit: I figured out the chocolate critic situation, but now I'm stuck on making vegan chocolate for an order. I keep pouring in the precise ingredients and specifications the client asked, but the game doesn't recognize it and I keep making sludge. I also can't figure out the melanger after upgrading it with the temperature regulator and the power optimizer.

Absolutely love this game! Very addicting!

No, the decorating table doesn't work even after restarting the game multiple times.

For the furnace bug, I've loaded 3 Coal Lvl 1.
I've encountered this bug once from the beginning of the game I think. And every times now When unlocking the upgrade from reputation lvl 2

Can you try new game and let me know if this issues are in the new game too?

We found out the problem is when an antivirus is blocking your game - it's not a common problem but few other games (not only Games Incubator games) caused the same thing
