I accidentally threw away my pot and there doesn't seem to be a way to get another (yet) .. i definitely think the items should respawn or the "throw away" shouldn't be an option when holding necessary items.

you can buy all in the store from the beginning of the game your pot is available in store. But when you have start the game first start a new one ^^
