Game is laging like crazy :s

My game is stuttering as hell and I cant figure out why, Im on a 4090 RTX card and got 64 GB RAM, also Ive installed the latest drivers :s

Same here and its only this game. Tested it by playing other games in the background and the ones in the background fine this not. Even closing all background activity did not speed up the game.

Weird. Have you tried tweaking the Nvidia properties such as locking the game at 60Hz/FPS? Sometimes this does the trick for me with a bunch of indie games.

Settings->System->Display->Scroll down and press "graphic settings"->Set it so game is forced into High productivity mode(aka use the Discrete Videocard)

Just add there the "desktop application" DrillCore.exe from the default installation directory within Steam, and set the options to use your dedicated gpu. No discord needed.

Seems that your save file is damaged.
You can copy somewhere all profile_backup files from this directory:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Drill_Core\
Then rename one of them to profile.json and move back to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Drill_Core\

It is likely that your system does not use the graphics card while the Drill Core is running.

I have the same problem but different in the main menu it runs like butter but as soon as i start the mission i only get like 9 fps its so weird and its using like 94% of my gpu

It's unplayable right now. It's not a stutter and more like it's lagging. I tried with v-sync enabled and disabled.
It was working fine, so I think the last update is the cause. I tested on a 3060 and 4070.

Edit: After going to graphic settings, the screen closes on it's own. Then when opening Settings again, it's unresponsive for a minute and not all the options are listed. It appears to be loading all the settings. I'm wondering if this is a Windows 11 issue.
