It's bc those players know the best lines, know when and where to Preload, know when to scrub, and have there bikes maxed out.
-Stay wide, to keep your speed up.
-Pull back on the "rider reflex" through most of the track, especially over bumps/whoops etc (lean back)
-Preload the big sections of jumps, so u skip as much as u can without wrecking
Preloading is kind of an art like scrubs, once u learn to do it, then u learn when/where to apply it.. takes time but once u "get it", your track times will be faster over night.
