Then you can try uninstalling the 2015 runtime for both x86 and x64 and then reinstall here are some links:

What can I do?
If I were you, I would run Windows Update and get windows up to date, then try again with the C++ Runtime.You might want to delete the DLL that you installed manually since that might cause some problems.
Check all of the relevant Important updates, click OK. Windows will download the updates and likely prompt you to reboot when it's done.
