I don't think they will help even if the game is bought few days ago... :)
Don't know if installer working, but if not I guess you can copy it to HD, best to short path like C:\Carma2\ then apply GOG patch[rr2000.toshiba-3.com] and install nGlide[www.zeus-software.com], I think it should work. If this stuck try to rename winmm.dll (it disable music).

nGlide have config - in my system it is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\nglide_config.exe
We can access it also from Start menu->nGlide->nGlide Configurator
BTW: for GOG/Steam C2 and Max Pack nGlide (outdated) is shipped with game, so config is located in game or DOSBox directory. It can be updated be replacing the files (I have described how to update nGlide somewhere on Steam forum).
