I fixed my low FPS by updating nglide and using the Vulkan renderer

The game is supplied with an old nglide version and the FPS is generally not the greatest. The fix is easy:

- Download nglide and using 7zip extract the content to Carmageddon 2's main folder. Then open nglide_config and select Vulkan in the video backend. I now have a solid 125 FPS. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nql4UuORq0c
