There is a program called Carstockalypse tha I used to use a LONG time ago. I dont know if it can still be found. I had many custom vehicles installed.

Sorry to dig up an old question. How do you go about installing the cars. I know you use carstockalypse to turn on the mods but where do you put the downloaded files?
