This one is pretty new and not much here yet.
https://www.nexusmods.com/anno1602/

1. Once downloaded put files in C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Anno 1602 History Edition\Own Scenarios

2. Launch the game and the new scenarios will be at the bottom of the list.
