But I don't get how one pop being now 100 workforce that is spread across all possible things is supposed to make the game run more smoothly.
It seems to me like it is actually calculating more.
Anyways.
I think that if we get the new system, then we should just get rid of pops at all.
Just make them pure numbers and say that there are 23.8 billion citizens on the planet. This population pool then gets spread across the available jobs and you have in theory then space for 4 billion foundry workers that could give you X alloys.
Still having pops that then give workforce, which is then spread across jobs seem unnessecarily complicated in comparison to just say "Your planet has this amount of population and the production and ethics of each job class look like this."
But the empire focus and timeline mechanics are nice :)
The timeline could use a better UI but that can still come.
Hope this helps!
2. Still clerk jobs are provided by "early industrial zones" only, they should be provided by basic city districts like before
3. We need tool tips on how many jobs per district would each zone provides
4. Please add back x/y values showing job occupancies on GUI.
we start with that silly pre space age district (please just scrap it it looks stupid) but what a shock people dont want to work in the job so its pointless
