Any good guide for new players without DLC?
I have only the base game, I checked some videos on youtube for builds and tips but they often include DLC stuff.

I am afraid you'll have to go off those guides and amend them when they use DLC stuff. Short of a couple videos on the theme of "let's play without any DLC" I can't think of any content, let alone good guides around.

Maybe look up tutorials instead of builds and tips? because tips and builds tend to come with the assumption that you have some understanding of the game or just the very basic DLC.

Aight, I'm just afraid that the builds and tips aren't really optimal for no dlc play, because so many stuff are missing

Well I have finished a playthrough, albeit on Cadet difficulty so I think I already know some of the basics,

Sadly, base game with no DLC is, in my opinion, almost a completely different game with how much stuff is missing. Good, powerful stuff too.

If you want to get better, don't search for builds, search for general guides and tips videos. Not only are they more useful in helping you understand the game, they're also much less reliant on DLC, since a lot of the basics apply to the base game as well.

The good thing about Basegame-only Stellaris is that it's far less complex and much easier to learn, and if you want to expand your game later, you can get a lot of the DLC very cheap once it goes on sale somewhere.
