Is the Season Pass worth it?
Obiously the season pass is going to be cheaper then full price for all the dlc that are going to be in it, but how much cheaper? How much of a discount do you get overall once all DLC included are out and how does that compare to waiting and buying the dlc at 50% off in a sale?

The season pass is a paid subscription. You get everything until you cancel.

do you talk about season pass or Expansion Subscription? the season pass it's not exactly a "paid subscription"

I don't think we know the prices for the other DLC in it yet, at least I don't. I would expect about $15 and $10 though. If my guess is correct you save about $10, if you buy the pack now at full price, and pay about $15 more than if you bought everything at half price.

Since it includes the so far most expensive DLC with Machine age at $25, maybe they want to increase the other prices as well, and they will cost $20 and $15, in which case you'd save $20 and pay about $10 more than half price.

This is all speculation though. And it will take a while until you get these at half price.

I am pretty sure OP was talking about the Season 08 pack.

Usually these things save 10-20 bucks from what you otherwise spend on that content if you buy it all anyways.

If you mean the Expansion pass: If you are a big fan and want to buy the DLCs now at a cheaper price than buying them all individually, and you want the Cube Portrait as an extra (It's only available if you get the pass), then go for it, it'll save you about 10 bucks, for someone like me whom buys all the DLC for this game anyways, it is a good deal, but if you don't really want all DLCs, i suggest waiting to see what else comes out before buying the Expansion Pass.

Different things.
The current season pass is a bundle of Machine Age and the next 2 (unreleased) DLCs.
Expansion subscription is what you're thinking of.

If you only plan to play one campaign every once in a while, like me, it's going to save you a lot of money.

I prefer to just save all my money personally.

PDX usually does not discounts newest DLC so season pass is a better deal.

On the topic of "worth it" it really depends on your playtime. I have 1600+ hours played so for me the ratio of money per time is pretty good.
