How to put specimens in the "Storage management"?
As said. Apparently I'm dumb. I've run out of slots in my exhibition, but I don't want to sell my artifacts. I've found that there's a storage for them, but can't figure out how to put my artifacts there. Please help. Thanks.

sadly, there is no way to do that except selling
and you can't choose which specimen from storage will fill vacant slot

What do you mean "except selling". If I sell a specimen, it vanishes, doesn't it?

Wow, that's really wild. It's an obvious bug then. I couldn't have expected this from Paradox. Thanks for the answer!

As far as i know its not a bug (unintended behavior in the code).

Rather its by design. They never added a functionality to swap stuff between storage and exhibit. The storage is meant solely for overflow Specimen (So you choose if you want to replace something in your exhibit, not so you cannot swap back and fourth).

Not a bug, it’s simply how the system works

So, if my archive is full, and I find another specimen, will it go to the storage and not disappear?

Yes, but do note that the overflow storage isn't infinite, it has a limited number of slots.

As mentioned, the overflow storage is just meant to be there so that you can take a look at the new specimens and decide if you want to remove something in that exhibit category (allowing the stuff in the storage to take its place) or sell the new specimen. You can even set the storage to auto sell stuff depending on rarity.

Sorry to bring this topic back up, but is there a mod to increase the number of slots for the Grand Archive?
