Still getting it higher then 80% would require the same grind of tech but that base is nuts.

This combo now can be used similar to using lithoids for high habitability.
What this means is you can get good habitability with food eating species
... if your willing to min max
Machine empires are getting weaker as their bonus was good habitability but don't have as many picks as normal empires.

Nope its -30% growth
Since your origin costs you -20% and you can only get 80% habitability which costs you -10% growth, +20% upkeep and -10% output for the entire game.
