I am meting Despicable Neutrals with no name?

I tried restarting. Is this some kind of known bug? I just purchased toxoids, if that helps?

if you find them in a unmodded game you should Make a bug report on the forums,

run a checksum right click the game and there Is an option to check the files for errors

Hi. I don't know how to deactivate the toxoid mod. I just deleted the save game and made a brand new one and now it seems to be working. Thank you though.

Hi, I ran it and it said that there were none. I got around this by deleting my save game and made a brand new game and now the other empires are showing up, all normal. Thank you for the suggestion though. I will keep it in mind if something weird happens again. :)
