Stellaris Skymods file size?

My modpack got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up for some reason and i have to download everything from scratch. I noticed that mod file sizes on skymods are different. For example ! Immersive Beautiful Stellaris ! has 3.77GB on steam, but when i download older version for 3.6 it has only 811 MB. Same goes for Planetary Diversity, on steam 1.7GB, but on skymods only 1GB. Maybe newer version add more stuff, but i want to be sure. Do i have to download every mod and then download the older version from skymods and overwrite the main mod folder?
