WHY ARE MY PLANETS AUTOTERRAFORMING TO HIVE WORLDS?!?!?!
I DONT HAVE THE ASCENSION PERK,AND THE HIVE WORLDS ERASE ALL MY MINING,ENERGY AND FOOD DISTRICTSSSSSS. THEY ONLY HAVE RESIDENCE DISTRICTS!!! THATS RUINING MY ECO OMFGGG PARADOOOOOOOX WHAT DID U DOOOOOOO

Not the policies, it's related to your actual government type from what I've read.
Seen others say you can toggle it off for specific planets in the colony management panel.
