If this update solves that issue, for this reason alone it would be the best update in Stellaris history.
The game was, and has been broken for years, and the bandaid fix that wrecked late game balance adding arbitrary caps to empires, which didn't really solve the issue anyway, was one of their worst ideas.
The game needs 5.0 update lmao.
The thing is that it was being sold as being great for performance, but in actuality it just runs way worse.
Ignorance is bliss, as they say.
No.
The fact that the end game is going to be processing literally hundreds of thousands of pops/ships/resources is not something we should be expecting a quick fix for.
But you know what does help? Better CPU and cracking planets.
What can i say
They didnt even check all their new mechanics for Grand Archive before releasing it... It's really just rembarassing.

so yeah, they dont even bother if new things they add via DLC works...
And what kind of BS "solution" is that? Everyone should just play genocidal and take that one ascension perk every game to try and uselessly make the game run better by taking care of 1% of the issue in a match?
I can see why you're banned now.
