i am looking for a mod that places pop ups in the right corner of the monitor so that they no longer block your view

Are you talking about the stellaris patch 4.0 ? I dont recall a mod named this.

yeah so many popups. just when trying to create epic battle vibes a popup blocks view of my fleet and have to close it. then more popups.

Check the Stellaris news tab. It's supposed to change the game's pacing, and in interviews the developers have stated that they want to reduce the number of pop-ups that appear to the player, in order to make the game less overwhelming.
