UI is broken

It is a little hard to describe; my UI is broken to where it doesn't align correctly to the borders. Like some buttons and other things are out of view and I can't press them, it is making the game nearly unplayable. Has anyone experienced this issue and know how to fix it?

Have you checked the UI scaling option in the settings?

Where is it? I haven't seen it, is it in the settings in game, where you start up the game, or in the steam properties?

Check the Graphics setting, below screen resolution and refresh rate.

Nvm I found it, bad thing though: I can't reach the place where you commit the changes since the UI scaling is messed up, meaning I cannot save or input the changes. Is there another place where I can change the UI scaling so I can input the changes?

Where do I go to change the UI scaling in my files? I do not want to do something wrong that messes up the game even more.

Change right at the start

 size=

} 

to something below your screen size
