Building Starbase, xbox one
As the title says I am not sure how to build new Starbase's in Stellaris on Xbox one. I've looked online and everything I've seen is for computer's.

Every time is only allows me to move to the system, and build any resource stations that can be built in system. BTW this is my first game so I'm still trying to get the hang of everything.

If you can build resource stations then that system seems to be already under your control. Are all systems like that?

Yes, the system I wish to build in is within my nations borders.

look in the system and if it lets you (dunno how the x box version works ) click on the station that has a combat value if it works like on the pc version then that can be upgraded to a larger space station

Thank you, Its somewhat hidden in the right side of the screen but still its there
