So, the first thing I would check is your RAM. RAM can go bad. Any overclocking you are doing should be turned off, just to troubleshoot the problem.
Now, there is a bigger potential issue out there(since you never said your system specs). The Intel 13th and 14th generation "k" processors had an issue where the CPU would DEGRADE over time, and would cause all sorts of problems. Once degraded(damaged), it can't be fixed without going through Intel or computer manufacturer warranty support to replace the CPU.
So, what CPU do you have, RAM, motherboard? Do you overclock? Have you gotten the latest BIOS updates?

also how many watts does your power supply have?
open cmd and run : chkdsk C: /F
when prompted to scan at the next reboot press y and enter
reboot windows let it scan and fix (won't take long).
I Removed and Reinstalled Every Driver
Game keeps on boot sometimes lagging but i could play 3 sessions without any stuck / frozen screen & Gear ?!
but the Bug isnt fixed after all -,-
