Im playing it fine now with Star Trek New Horizons total conversion.

But in Fullscreen exclusive mode the games freezes completely in anywhere from a few minutes to 15-20 minutes.

This is a sign of overall computer stability issues, so it's not the GAME itself causing the problem, it is just pushing your computer enough to reveal the problems.

So, the first thing I would check is your RAM. RAM can go bad. Any overclocking you are doing should be turned off, just to troubleshoot the problem.

Now, there is a bigger potential issue out there(since you never said your system specs). The Intel 13th and 14th generation "k" processors had an issue where the CPU would DEGRADE over time, and would cause all sorts of problems. Once degraded(damaged), it can't be fixed without going through Intel or computer manufacturer warranty support to replace the CPU.

So, what CPU do you have, RAM, motherboard? Do you overclock? Have you gotten the latest BIOS updates?
> I resetted my PC and just upgraded to a newer m2 SSD wich has more capacity and thats all, i also reinstalled windows and did a completly fresh reset and everything

As an "easy" test, I'd set your memory to DDR4-2133, just on the off chance it's the RAM causing it. That isn't an absolute test of the RAM, but it's easy to try.
Update: I update my bios and driver and it keeps still happening -,-

graphics drivers are working fine and are on an updated base?

could try and clear your CMOS. unplug all the cables behind the case. eject the battery on the mainboard for at least 30 seconds. plug it all back in. enter the bios and only set whats needed.

also how many watts does your power supply have?
i use a 700 watt 80+ Gold

just to rule out a file corruption :
open cmd and run : chkdsk C: /F
when prompted to scan at the next reboot press y and enter
reboot windows let it scan and fix (won't take long).

lol you're walking him down an old school basic fix.. It's more likely Paradox's horrible coding than anyones actual computer. Since they went to the newer launcher style, my game won't run, even after all of their "fixes" were attempted. If I run it as a beta, and downgrade to 2.3.??? it works again. Paradox won't be getting another penny from me.
Update:

I Removed and Reinstalled Every Driver
Game keeps on boot sometimes lagging but i could play 3 sessions without any stuck / frozen screen & Gear ?!

but the Bug isnt fixed after all -,-
and after all that game still keeps freezing my entire computer

Im having stellaris freeze and lock up regularly after the most recent update. Doesnt freeze the entire computer but I have to terminate stellaris. Have yet to find a solution. Gonna try running game in borderless fullscreen see if it helps.
