How to Switch to 3.2

Hey guys! Just recently started getting back into Stellaris but I can't seem to switch to the new 3.2 Herbert update. I went to <Properties>, then <Betas>, but the latest update I have is the 3.1.2 Lem patch.

Is 3.2 only available with the new Aquatics pack? If not, do you guys know how I can get it?

You don't switch to it manually, it's the default one. If you're in "opt out of any beta" it should be version you're in.
