Create sectors 3.7 ?
Hello !
I got back to the game recently (didn't play for some years), I took time to understand and get used to the new features (wow planet management is sooo different).
So I'd like to enjoy the game 3.7.4 before taking even more time to learn all the new features of the newest patch which looks quite different (and I don't want to restart my game right now). I'll get to that later.

I see that the planets and sectors tool is still here but I can't find how to create new sectors (I'm sure I missed 50 times the "+" somewhere...). The tool doesn't seems to have changed much but I can't find it...
Need a screenshot or DLCs I've got ?
