Game doesn't launch from steam

Every time I click play it doesn't open the launcher and just reverts back to play button.

Exit Steam completely, reboot your computer, log back into Steam, and try again. That might fix it.

If not, verify your game files through Steam.

If that still doesn't fix it, and you are using any mods, remove your mods.

Tried that. Launcher opens now, but game crashes before loading screen even appears. Still troubleshooting.
