Which is best mod manager for Stellaris?

I'm just trying to find a mod manager for this game that has decent functions like remove mod, redownload mod etc etc etc
Which one are you using?
I'm trying to get the Paradox Launcher V2 to work but its being a pain in the ass. First its telling me it cannot find the game (or the mods I've subbed for it) and secondly it's being an arse with trying to download and install the game....URGH!

So yeah, some advice would be sweet!

not using mods myself but have read on that forum a lot of times about Irony Mod Manager
