In breach of Storm Utilization Protocols

Hey everyone,

The Galactic Council passed the Storm Utilization Protocols law, and now I'm in breach of it. When I click the icon, it takes me to the policies screen, but there's no storm protocol listed there. How can I fix this?

I still haven’t unlocked the technology needed to bring my ships in line with the Storm Utilization Protocols law, which is causing the breach. I’ve tried changing the law, but that’s proving to be a slow and complex process.

From what I’ve gathered so far, the best approach is to modify your ship designs by adding storm protection modules. Specifically, you’ll need to research a couple of technologies to give your ships the necessary protection against the effects of cosmic storms. However, I haven’t yet seen these in my tech queue, so it might take a bit of time to appear.

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried searching this forum and google for the answer but to no avail.

What does the description of the current law say? I think the link to the policy and edict screen is just generic as that is where you fix most of these problems.

It says ships without cosmic protection, I've checked my research options and my fleet designer, I can't find anything that would grant storm protection.

In engineering research, there are two researches for both offence and defence. First rank granting 50% resistance against negative storm effects, and upgrade pushing it to 100%.

"Payload Padding" -> [Upgrade] "Tempest Cage Architecture".
"Storm Dampening Generator" -> [Upgrade] "Storm Breaker Coating".

I imagine that's what the breach points to, didn't notice anything else related to them.

You just need the Storm Emergency Center that gives you more resources per pop while at the storm + the techs for the fleets, but every planet needs one center!
