12 - You gain +1 loyalty per month with vassals while you have this civic, but even if you lose this civic later on you keep this +1 loyalty per month so long as they remain your vassal.
13 - You have a monthly loyalty reduction for each additional vassal you have beyond the first, Feudal society civic is meant to remove this debuff but if you remove/add Feudal society civic they will keep the debuff until you renegotiate their vassalization terms.
14 - 'Propose subjugation' distance modifier does not take into account vassal space you have acquired since your last loaded save.
15 - The pledge secret fealty diplomatic option is bugged in the same way the trade deal over time is bugged, auto cancels. This is not bugged if they request it**
16 - Some of the Leviathans have broken regen, often regenerating 5-10% of their max armor or hullpoints each day while in combat. This is a drastic increase from their previous healing and seems like a bug more than a balance change.
17 - #5 mentions Military power not being taken into account when proposing vassalage, but the same can be said for Protectorates/Technology gap, no bonuses for the difference between empires.
18 - Minor bug: If you are at your cap for titans and try to move them between fleets the game prevents you from adjusting the number of titans in that fleet in the fleet manager.
Ex: Fleet A has 2 titans, move 1 over to Fleet B and set Fleet A to 1 titan in manager. Fleet B will not be able to add any titans in manager because 'you are at your fleet cap for titans'.
19 - Federation leader swapping mid war causes the war to go on until war exhaustion reaches 100%, despite all war goals being fulfilled.
20 - Can be at war with yourself. If a vassal's empire has rebels then you attempt to attack the rebels your other vassals can take their side, putting you as an attacker and defender in the war.
Trading with AI or other players, if the deal has a length of time, it auto-cancels immediately. It's a fun exploit to take favours from the AI for free. Offer 200 Consumer Goods per turn, clean them out of everything they got, and I don't lose anything.

The usual alloys and a shipyard, ironically, these are the only things actually working for me.
Im only running the 3.4 update (with some mods), without Overlord itself, I've noticed the starbase interface can only be closed if I select a planet or ship/fleet. The X in the corner does absolutely nothing. The odd event also won't close and its so irritating being stuck in the center of the screen.
I wish the constructors had an option to 'only build a sector outpost' from the galaxy map, rather than attempt to build as many star bases as it can burning up all your alloys needlessly on one system. Having to micromanage outpost construction is irritating.
Also I'm not a fan of the Vassal Negotiate Agreement window. Sometimes it will tell me they will not accept this until a random date 5 years, from that point, I mean, who can just sit there for 5 years waiting for that duration to expire. Having some sort of 'remind me when there is X amount of months remaining' option would have been a useful addition, surely someone at Paradox has the brain thinking capacity to understand that.
I wouldn't mind it, if you could just propose the new agreement, and the game say, this new agreement will take effect in 5 years, X amount of months X amount of days from this point. I get it, early doors the Vassal might not entirely trust you, But when you have 10 Vassals about to enlighten, who can keep track of which one will sign the agreement this year?
As someone said earlier, I wish they'ed personally test this crap before releasing it, It can't be that hard playing a few games and noticing such issues being a PITA. But I've said it before, ever since Hello Games released No Man can Fly unfinished, many other developers have jumped on the same attitude bandwagon... should be against the law to release unfinished, untested products.
I mean, if Toyota released a new model of car, which was missing its brakes, they'ed get a real kick in the teeth from the law suits, how is a computer game being released unfinished/untested properly any different, other than the Toyota had a chance of killing someone ? (By the way, I know Toyota released a few new cars with defective brakes in the US a few years ago, its why I said it)
I’ve had one trying to escape a system to chase down an enemy fleet and pathfinder simply can’t decide how to leave.

22 - Unable to retreat armies on a planet if there are other ally armies that have landed to assist. After an additional delay of a month or two retreat is possible. General is my own, the button is not grayed out, and I waited the appropriate time to be allowed to retreat. Easily re-creatable.

Also, from that theme:
If you update your game to version 3.4.2, avoid doing any of the following:
Playing an empire with Corporate authority unless you're sure you know what you're doing.
Having a game plan that depends on establishing trade deals.
Allowing your subjects to have diplomatic freedom.
Playing or using the Scholarium subject type.
Using Subjugation or Liberation war goals, unless there's no chance of a status quo.
Using a federation fleet to found a mercenary enclave.
Asking other empires to be your subject, especially if they're not weaker than you.
Using strategic resource edicts before being able to mine or manufacture that resource.
If playing a machine or lithoid empire, don't allow refugees or buy or conquer pops that eat food until you are already producing or trading for some.
Also, you need to understand that because evasion can no longer be reduced by tracking, corvettes will win most battles and those battles will take a very long time while everyone stands around missing each other. Disruptor / missile meta now?
Playing Fanatic Purifiers or Devouring Swarm should give you a game with few if any new or major bugs besides the tracking issue, although deliberately avoiding the new subject mechanics is a bit of a letdown.
Basically, don't play the game. Or roll back to pre-3.4.x version.
11/10 update of the year
Beats Imperator: Rome's UI/techtree destroying patch by quite a margin.
