How to build the Grand Archive
So, any idea how I build it? I'm trying to build it the same way as any other megastructure, but for some reason it won't let me/I can't seem to figure out how to build it. Any ideas?

Unless I remember incorrectly it needs to be built in orbit of a planet with at least 25 pops.

Unless I remember incorrectly it needs to be built in orbit of a planet with at least 25 pops.

Yea, I just figured it out as soon as I posted this. So yea, my bad, but thanks for clarifying for me!
