Fleet Power Color
I've googled this a little and I've seen people talking about it being your fleet is damaged.

All of my fleets have been repaired, I've gone through each ship individually for every fleet with a red number, and none of them are missing any hull points, shield points or armor points. I've switched the fleet in fleet management to be comprised of what is in the fleet, and I've retrofit anything applicable.

All of my fleets are full, repaired and homogeneous. Identical fleets of identical numbers of identical ships show normal yellow numbers. But a couple of my fleets show red, and I have no idea why.

A fleet that has never been in battle once, and is totally comprised of the little fleets you get from mercenary dividends, full command limit and all retrofit shows red on the fleet power.

Is there a way I can fix this or do I have to just deal with seeing the red eternally?

It's because the game believes the fleet is "damaged" regardless of its history. If I understand your problem correctly you can fix it by opening the fleet manager then select the "red" and click the minus next to the ship numbers until it grays out or goes away entirely.

I was worried it was just a bug, but unfortunately I don't have the option to use the minus button on any ships in the red fleets. Would splitting all the ships up potentially help, you think?

So was talking to a friend about this and they reminded me that the red text can also mean that the fleet is under the estimated value the fleet manager expects. Note that the estimated power is without a commander or bonuses but other than that I have no idea how it is calculated.

The numbers to the right of your ship counts in the fleet manager are the estimated values and the number at the top above the commander pic is the actual value. If the actual is under the estimated it will show red.

Hah. Boom. Nailed it. Appreciate it, man. Threw a commander in there and it went to yellow.

I was about to take every fleet apart ship by ship, so thank you.
