Able to backup iron-man save file?

Playing ironman but is there a way to back up the file? I can't find it. It's not in documents/paradox interactive/stellaris/save games. Nore in steamapps common stellaris...

Stellaris puts save files in the documents files under save games. It will be called the name of your empire, with no spaces followed by a bunch of numbers. If it's a mp save it adds mp to the start. Either way the saves are located in those files, for ironman save they're called ironman.sav.

If you're not seeing that then my guess is something on your system is redirecting it, likely to a cloud like onedrive. Actually changing the save location involves modifying files and/or messing with windows settings.
