I changed my subjugation policy to benevolent but it hasn't changed my factions support?

I saw a red dot on one of my factions and it was about subjugation policy. So I changed it from balanced vassalage to benevolent like they prefer but the red dot is still there and it's been a few months and it's still there.

Did I miss something?

Seems to be an error in color, your Egalitarian Faction has a +5% Happiness bonus, if it was still negative they'd have a Penalty, so maybe a harmless glitch since you do seem to be getting the positives.

Also "The Imperium" yet you are Fanatic Egalitarian & Pacifist judging by your ethics attraction, Ironic lol.
