what are the winning conditions ? In what ways can i win ?

This isn't like Civilization for better or worse as war is basically forced into the game.

The only way to win is to either reach the victory year with the highest score and no ongoing wars (or crisis), or to destroy every other empire in the galaxy (playing as a player crisis grants access to a galaxy destroying super weapon which makes this a lot easier).

Third tab of the situation log, you can either click it it manually or press F2.

ok i am on the 13. place. No need to wait for year 2500
I was playing peacefull without any war.
Maybe 100 years long i dont even had any military ship.
i will start a new game and try to be more agressive.

I think you misunderstand, you can still play peacefully to invest in a stronger economy and tech then build a military later.

You shouldn't be a warmonger if you don't know what you're doing.

Once you'd killed x25 Grand Admiral crisis - you'd completed vanilla Stellaris*.

Some well-done mods (like ACOT or Gigastructural Engineering) can provide even more extreme challenges to overcome if you would dare :)

*Actually picking a x25 crisis multiplier AND all crisis is even harder. But it's seriously hardcore challenge to overcome.

i barley accomplish much seems almost the same play through every time
put game on full speed
click X on popups that come nonstop
randomly click researches without reading it
randomly pick leaders as quick as possible without reading it
spam click go nonstop management
thats how u do it
not much to this game
leader agenda? click same option theres no choices here why even have it i just click it and go theres usually one option

i liked it at first i tried to play slow read everything did it up got bored
restarted a new game full speed click all not much goin on here

just a buncha popups and recruiting people that seem to make no difference what i click on all game
