Horizon Needle Embark issue

So, I've been playing a virtuality run and doing cosmogenesis, going well, embark all my planets without issue, get to the point I need to embark on the capital and... nothing happens. No change in pops, no pop-up, literally nothing. I can't just continue and try go into a blackhole either, it's just enitrely deadlocked.

Anyone know anything that can help?

Is your Synaptic Lathe populated? If yes just transfer everybody to your capital.

Nope. I did eventually find a 'fix', more of just a workaround. 'event crisis.7510' will skip to the next step

I had the same issue and I just kept repeating the embarking and it worked on the 3rd or 4th try.
