How to turn my humans in to nanites???

I can turn them cybernetic, synthetics or machine, but i cant see the option to make them nanites???????

That would be the Nanotech ascension path.

The Nanotech, Modular and Virtual ascension paths are only for machine empires (Individual or gestalt), biological empires (such as humans) can only choose the Psionic, Cybernetic or Synthetic ascension paths.

And, just in case you are wondering, you can't ascend again after going Synthetic (Its as far as it goes for a biological empire).

Humans are useless meatbags, you can't turn them into nanites or the other forms since they're not machines.

Only machine empires either two versions now (Individual machine or Gestalt) can go down the Nanite,Modular,and Virtual That is a special path for them. Unless you play the new origin where your species is going to die in 30 years, but I think thats only Virtual.
