From what i saw it has more content than the last 2 together, so for sure, as long as you like to play as machines/synths/cyborg.
Otherwise you get everything substancial for free with the update.

I wish it were $25 here. Try NZD40. It did give me serious pause for thought at that price. There is a reason I don't buy any new P'dox games, and this is part of said reason. Once the DLC for the games I have run out, it's bye-bye P'dox.

It cost about $28 dollar for me assuming the DLC cost about 19.99USD.
