Restrict System Question
I am attempting to restrict a system with a massive sub light speed de-buff. However I notice I can not restrict a system I own but only a system I do NOT own. This seems rather backwards as I would think the God Emperor would have complete and full authority over his systems but clearly I am wrong lol. Any mods or work arounds for this ? The path finding for my fleets/ships insist on going through this system adding literal years of travel time when going around it takes a handful of months.

IMO this seems like a massive oversight on paradox's behalf, I should be able to control and restrict my own territory. I do own it after all... But of course I can control and restrict others space (America is that you ?!)

You could just give up the system by having the starbase removed.

Agreed. Later in the game you get the wackiest pathing on trade routes possible, costing you thousands of credits per month. You can fix it by restricting system, but within your own territory, you can have starbases that are nearly adjacent, and for some reason, the game builds these sinuous pathways through your territory sapping the revenue out of them.

If you have Overlord then at least you can make Hyper Relays to bypass this issue otherwise tough luck.
