Is the "with interest" payback achievement still bugged?
I am about to start a war with MSI, but since I already know there is always some bullcrap with achievements in this game I decided to research a bit and found that it used to be bugged in 2023. Is it fixed? Can I use the "make tributary (Payback)" casus belli? What is the proper way to get this achievement?

If I remember correctly, it was fixed.

I got this achievement around a year ago, so unless there was another bug since then, using the payback casus belli should work, yes.
