Mods Stuck on downloading in Launcher (Help)

I decided to clear all data for Stellaris, including Mods and then move my install to my SSD (load times were insane before) and now when I've subscribed to most of my mods I had before, I opened my launcher and it installed most, but had to close and re-open the launcher a few times since it seemed it was stuck. It worked at the start and now I have every mod except 6 (I subbed to 101).
Then the next mod to be "downloaded" by the launcher (aka installed, right?) is stuck on downloading and it's not a big file 50mb. So, I restarted the launcher, nothing, still stuck, I unsubbed and opened the launcher again, next file is downloading (same issue) and then resubbed to the first. Nothing changed. I am stuck on "Downloading" for this mod now for 20 minutes. I have a high speed internet and nothing is missing from the main games files.
What the hell?
