Tutorial - Planetary Buildings
I'm new to this game.
So far I got stuck with 1 of tutorial missions. I need to choose and build one of additional districts on my home planet. I chose Mining one - I built it - the mission still considered non-finished.
I did something wrong? Or I need to make some additional steps for this mission to be finished?
I'm confused...

The tutorial is notoriously useless and unhelpful, so it's probably not your fault. I don't know the specific answer to your question. I don't think many people who regularly participate in this forum have much experience with the tutorial. Usually they'll recommend using a video explainer like Montu Plays instead.

Up until now I haven't finished this tutorial mission.
Maybe I'm just too ... blunt to understand how to complete this task.
Any help, please? Maybe someone know what to do step by step?
PS: yes, during my 1st game I want to complete full tutorial however I started to believe that this mission is just bugged...

Well, you know how to build a mining district - excellent! Why not just jump into the game, on easy settings, and see how it goes? Then as questions arise, you can go find videos, or learn how to use the stellaris wiki to answer your questions. It's a game that offers immense complexity and creativity, so don't panic if you haven't got all the mechanics figured out the first day.

That's not the answer. I want to know what I did wrong as I want to complete that tutorial mission? Or that mission is bugged...

Probably a damaged trigger... or it requires a specific district... Also, check the build queue - did the district finish building? It might trigger after...

Ahhh, there's the issue.
The mission step is saying to construct a "building" now, not a district. There's probably text in the mission talking about buildings as well. You've built a district, now it's asking for a building.

You built a district, which probably finished one step, buildings are different things. They're the ones right beneath the districts.

As I see game says to built a DISTRICT... Hmmm, well, what BUILDING I should construct?
