Sovereign Guardianship?

So I'm playing sovereign Guardianship how many planets and how many systems should I have before I stop or hit the cap or anything? I would like to keep my sprawl as low as possible thanks.

There's no definitive answer, empire size growing is not necessarily a huge deal, but in my previous playthrough, I stayed at around 7 planets and around 25 systems, and that seemed good enough. By combining that with Virtuality and the appropriate civics/traditions/AP and ascending planets, I was around 100 empire size by the end, maybe a bit more, but that was negligible.
