"Naval activity in ... system" pop-up softlocks my game.

As the title says, a former Khanate on the other side of the galaxy is doing some shenanigans which give me the pop-up about naval activity. Thats fine, you do you... But the pop-up also pauses the game and I receive a new pop-up every ingame day. After restarting the game a few times the problem persists, I just keep receiving the spam messages whether I click it or not.

It would explain why I constantly hear "Unknown Alien Life discovered" post midgame after the Sentry is built and I know all current existing life in the cosmos, apparently I do not know or see all, that sentry is fake news!

I got around it by setting the popup settings to off, then expanding into the zone which creates the popup with a Starbase. The popup notifications disappear after 2 years without requiring you to click them
