Is there a command to enable/disable the automatic Virtual pop spawn?

Basically as the question asks, is there a planet decision of anything like that I'm missing somehere that lets me decide that for the moment I don't want the monthly check to be automatic to fill pop spots or something to that effect?

I wasn't thinking things through and made the mistake of going virtual machine on a birch world and the first of the month lag while it runs the checks is getting ... bad, double digit seconds of wait time bad. My own fault mixing that DLC with that mod but if possible would like to not give up that particular run. Granted I'm assuming this first of the month lag is the pop check, but it seems a reasonable conclusion given other factors.

How about limiting the jobs on that planet?
I don't thing there is anything else you can do.

i think there is a planet decision called 'shut down server' or something.

That just fully abandons the planet, even if non virtual pops are there.
