Report a translation problem
It only shows the max number of furnace options, though. So it won't do the math wether a smaller system with existing deposits may be better (almost never is for alloys, but just in case)

Mouse over the system in the galaxy view. As long as you have the arc furnace tech the tooltip will show you (the functionality was added in a recent patch).

If only i could hold down alt and get all that info, i play only on a 600 star galaxy... imagine someone playing on 1000 and having to go through them 1 by 1
Edit: Apparently you don't get the info if you're at your arc limit.
PS: It is really annoyin that the icon is not greyed out when you are at the limit. Arc Furnace is at least somewhat apparent, but Dyson Swamrs are less so
